Acquired at auction in June 2021 with a final $1,000 bid, the Albert project emerged from an intent to preserve existing density while elevating the standard of living in this exceptional location. The original property housed two modest cream brick units, and through our partnership with Urban Habitats, we envisioned and executed a refined design that honoured the historic character of the area.
A standout feature of these homes is the central courtyard, which not only serves as a welcoming entry but also bathes the kitchen, dining, and living areas – as well as the master ensuite – in natural light. This design choice enhances livability while creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor experience.
73A Albert was secured by eager buyers before construction even began in April 2022, while 73 Albert found its owners following a successful sales campaign after completion in 2023. Both homes continue to enrich the lives of their original owners, exemplifying the thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and strategic execution that define our work.
